Fantastic customer service I had such a great experience with my saddle purchase! They were incredibly accommodating with my order and went above and beyond to make everything work. They even upgraded my items, which was such a lovely surprise! The communication and customer service were amazing, and I really appreciated how helpful they were throughout the whole process. Gary came out to our home to fit a saddle to suit my horse who has a few issues. He did a fantastic job, taking plenty of time to ensure everything was balanced and fit her well. Ensuring the new saddle doesn't  place any pressure points on her. He also did a great job explaining everything as he was working through the fitting.
