Needing help in finding a saddle for my hard to fit horse, I had no hesitation in going to Bonnetts again for advice! I can highly recommend their knowledge and advice, customer service, pricing and after sales follow up and care! Greg suggested several saddles and I now have a very happy pony (and rider) with a saddle that fits both perfectly 😊

UPDATE 16 October 2026
Contacted Gary and Greg re coming out to Birdwood to do a saddle fit consult as I wasn’t confident my current saddle still fitted as well as it should due to my horse’s changed shape as he grew (in height and width! )
We received excellent advice and recommendations on how to customise his current saddle, paired with a customised blanked to provide the best fit for his comfort. These customisations were completed and ready for pickup within 24 hours.
We can’t recommend Greg and Gary at Bonnetts highly enough for their exceptional customer service and wealth of knowledge!

First horse, so first saddle. Not knowing what I was doing, I had already organised a fitter and some bits and pieces elsewhere. While that worked out fine, it would've been FAR simpler to just head to Bonnet's to begin with. They had everything I needed in one place and can fit the saddle too. Greg and Gary are fantastic. Great customer service and all the knowledge you would expect from the 6th generation of the Bonnet's family. The store has a great history. The products are excellent and the service is amazing. I had my saddle in two days and the deal they had rivalled buying used for price and it's still brand new, with a warranty and all the excellent advice. Absolutely brilliant business. When the time comes for my next saddle, I'm just going to call Bonnet's.
