Megan lives in the small town of Woodside, just outside Adelaide, is one of Australia’s most respected and admired event riders.
Megan began riding at the age of 5, continued through her early years in Pony Club before hitting the international scene in 2003 at the World Cup Final. Megan became part of the Australian team for the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany where the team collected a bronze medal and Megan finished 16th individually.
In 2008 Megan competed in the Beijing Olympics and won a silver medal for her efforts in 3 day eventing.
Megan has been ranked number three rider in the world in the FEI’s event rider rankings (an outstanding achievement for an Australian-based rider) and was first in the Oceania group. She has also won the HSBC World Cup Qualifiers in both Australia and New Zealand.
